| 1 September 2006 - BIRMINGHAM CH
SHOW - GOOD CITIZEN TESTS
Plush and
Nubi both behaved impeccably (after
Nubi ran around the whole showfield that is !) and joined their brother
Kazbek in gaining their BRONZE GOOD CITIZEN CERTIFICATES. Now
studying hard for their SILVERs.
Plush shows how it is done !

| 30 July 2006 - DANISH KC's
INTERNATIONALE AGILITYSTAEVNE
Doushman bravely entered this International Competition competing in two
classes. In the first 'Spring Classe ' he completed a very exacting course
along with 22 Border Collies, 3 Groenendaels and an Irish Terrier. In the
2nd 'Spring Classe' an even harder course was too much but he provided much
entertainment as he dodged the bits he didn't like !

Agility Display at Westminster Abbey Choir School
Doushman and
Kazbek were invited to give a display of Agility together with some
of their friends from the Watford Agility Club. The display was in Dean's Yard,
Westminster Abbey and London's traffic sounded very close to this nervous
spectator, especially when Kazbek made a detour to explore !

| 2 July 2006 -
WELLINGBOROUGH DTC OPEN AGILITY SHOW Kazbek
competed in his first KC Licensed Agility Show. He was a star,
gaining a clear round ! and was 7th overall in the Nursery Jumping
Competition. This was a big achievement for him and for Masha - well done !

| 23 April 2006 -
HASLEMERE & DIST DC OPEN AGILITY SHOW
 Doushman
entered two classes at his first KC Licensed Agility Show as an
individual competitor. He performed well and completed both courses, one
Elementary Agility class and the other Starters Jumping class. Well done to
him and his handler Masha.

WINTER LEAGUE INTER-CLUB COMPETITION
Doushman competed again as a member of his Watford Agility Club
team after a concentrated revision course ! He
excelled himself gaining his FIRST CLEAR ROUND and winning 2nd place
in his class ! |

18 October 2005 - After a lot of hard training
Doushman competes in his
first 'grown-up' all-breed agility competition - not perfect but not bad
either ~ he is still in the team and his owner/handler is getting very fit !

Who said you cannot train an Afghan? Our dogs find time for obedience and agility training
- and they greatly enjoy it.
Doushman and
Kazbek have been looking for new challenges and have now
added Heelwork to Music and Cani-cross to their other activities. Here are
some photos of Doushman's first team effort in the arena.
